The Problem We're Solving

In Europe, while digital health record systems exist, cross-border sharing is still limited, and patient access is far from universal.

• Opinion Mode – AI-powered insights based on trusted sources the user selects

SOMA Colleague

A provider-facing portal that enables permission-based collaboration. Healthcare professionals can access, annotate, and contribute to records—always under user control.

SOMA Bridge

A solution for displaced individuals to carry essential records across systems and borders. It supports identity reconstruction, continuity of care, and access to services in unfamiliar environments.

Synchronized Care Plans

At the heart of SOMA's ecosystem is a revolutionary approach to care coordination:

• Real-time Bidirectional Synchronization - Care plans created in Colleague instantly appear in the patient's Companion app, while logged data flows back to providers in real-time

• Multiple Provider Collaboration - Enable seamless coordination between specialists across different healthcare systems and geographic boundaries

• Global Adaptability - Automatically adjust medication schedules, monitoring requirements, and recommendations based on the user's current time zone and location

• Data/Opinion Mode Integration - Clear separation between provider instructions (Data Mode) and AI-assisted implementation guidance (Opinion Mode)

We're exploring Autonomi's revolutionary network for secure data storage, while considering established technologies for user interface and operations—maintaining our core promise of user data ownership while minimizing complexity.

We're actively seeking collaboration with other Autonomi-based projects (already in active discussion with IMIM and Colony), exploring how their specialized capabilities in content verification and secure file sharing might complement our vision for a user-controlled health data platform.

This approach would deliver a functioning product quickly while allowing gradual transition to the full Autonomi ecosystem as it matures.
